All our materials will be tested by SGS before production
Complete control of the process:
(1). During the production of parts, our quality control personnel check the dimensions of the parts every hour, which will help us maintain the correct tolerances during the production process
(2). After the parts are processed, they are surface treated (such as anodizing or powder spraying), and then our quality control personnel will check the parts again, because after the surface treatment, sometimes the tolerances of the parts may be different, if there is something we find Any defective parts, we will select them directly
(3). Before shipping, our packers will check the surface of the parts to see if there are scratches or other things that affect the appearance of the parts. If so, please select them.
