Metal Stamping Process
Although it can be modified to manufacture specific parts, our metal stamping usually follows the same five steps:
Design review: Our engineers will review the part design in detail to ensure it is suitable for metal stamping. This includes an in-depth analysis of part dimensions, materials, stretch ratios and required tolerances.
Press Selection: Our engineers will determine the most suitable machine size and diameter for the part size and material.
3D Virtual Prototype: use virtual software to create prototypes of parts. Before the production process starts, the prototype is run through a large number of operation simulations to find any design problems.
Equipment Setup: Our skilled engineers check the size and requirements of the components and set up toolings.
Process: Put the sheet metal or metal blank on the mold and fix it. Then activate the press machine and start working with a sutable force. Repeat the process until the component reaches the desired size and shape.

We can reverse design the product or CAD engineering drawing to produce a machine tool that can produce your product. Mold tools are very durable and reliable, with a long life cycle, so the cost can be regarded as an investment.
The mold tool will belong to you, but we can maintain, refurbish and repair when needed.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
As a complete tool and die shop, we are skilled in all areas of fabrication including fiber laser, CNC punching, CNC bending, CNC forming, welding, CNC machining, hardware insertion and assembly.
We accept raw material in sheets, plates, bars or tubes and are experienced in working with a variety of materials like aluminum, copper, stainless steel and carbon steels. Other services include hardware insertion, welding, grinding, machining, turning and assembly. As your volumes increase we also have the option of hard tooling your parts to run in our metal stamping department. Inspection options range from simple feature checks all the way through FAIR & PPAP.
